Having worked across all elements of Legacy and In Memory marketing, she now specialises in warm legacy conversion, focusing on raising the profile of legacy giving amongst existing supporters, volunteers and staff, and developing compelling legacy enquirer journeys to ensure optimal conversion between acquisition activities and onward pledger retention programmes.
